Côte Salisbury

8 St Thomas Square, Salisbury

Coeliac UK–accredited French brasserie on St Thomas Square in central Salisbury — one of the clearest coeliac-ready restaurant choices in the city, with steak, brunch, seafood and classic bistro dishes.

Côte has been a Coeliac UK accredited partner since 2016 and holds the Gluten Free Accreditation (GFA) award. The chain says 72% of the menu is GF or GFO (gluten-free optional), with GF and GFO symbols on every Salisbury menu. GF dishes include tuna niçoise, pan-fried salmon, moules marinière, every steak and sauce, roast chicken, beef bourguignon, pistou gnocchi, frites and several desserts; GFO dishes can be adapted (for example swapping to GF toast). The kitchen uses dedicated GF counter spaces, equipment and utensils, and GF orders are marked at the pass so the team can see the allergy.

Tell your server you need gluten free — a trained team member will help and can show the allergen tablet. GFO dishes need a small ingredient swap; the published guide lists exactly what changes. This is chain policy at every Côte brasserie, including Salisbury.

Can you confirm this dish is GF (not GFO) on today's menu? Will my order be prepared in the dedicated gluten-free area with separate equipment?

Coeliac UK accredited since 2016 with GFA award, published dedicated GF kitchen processes, trained staff and a broad GF/GFO menu marked on branch menus.
