Gluten-free options
The van says everything it serves is gluten free: no ingredient containing gluten comes on board, and staff are not allowed to bring their own food containing gluten into the van either. Plates include meatballs, prawns and patatas bravas. Milk and sulphites are used, and the van keeps separate colour-coded equipment for anyone allergic to those.
