Brockenhurst & Beaulieu

Cafe

The Captain's Table

Buckler's Hard Village, Beaulieu, SO42 7XB

The visitor cafe at Buckler's Hard, the preserved shipbuilding village on the Beaulieu River, serving cooked breakfasts, lunches, cream teas and local ice cream from ten each morning. Formerly known as the Captain's Cabin Tea Rooms.

Nothing published by the cafe or the attraction mentions gluten free food, and we found no reliable diner reports for this site either, so what a coeliac could safely eat here is simply unknown.

With no allergen information published at all, treat this as an unresearched kitchen: ask to see their allergen records before choosing anything, or eat at the Master Builder's House Hotel next door, which at least appears on gluten free listing sites.

Do you keep allergen information for the menu, and which dishes are made without gluten? Can anything be adapted for a coeliac visitor, and how would the kitchen keep it separate?
