The bakery says all its products are free from gluten, wheat, dairy and soya, and that its own kitchen is too. It also makes a large vegan range. Brownies, blondies and savoury bakes vary by event. The owners cannot eat gluten or dairy themselves and say none comes into their van, unit kitchen or home. Bakes travel to events in their own labelled airtight containers, and colour-coded tongs at the stall keep nuts and egg apart.
